Not so great experience
Super tiny room, weird smells everywhere, and I found hair on the sheets. The air conditioner barely worked, and the bathroom was a mess. Staff wasn’t friendly either. The only nice thing was being on the first floor, but that didn’t make up for everything else.

Our reservation had "disappeared" because of a new system... But there was an avalable room... Carpet by aircon/window was soaking wet and the aircon didn't work.. We weren't offered another room nor a refund. Some of the staff seemed so annoyed when we were checking in that we felt unwelcome. Will never stay there again...

The air conditioning was cool and the beds super comfy. Pool was fun but could use a clean. Location is great with food spots around. Staff were nice but made me a bit uneasy. Had hot water and decent amenities like a microwave and fridge. Just wish breakfast was served.

Employees were friendly and location and price was good.
All in all the hotel was good. However, when we first arrived, the carpet was still wet from them shampooing the carpet, and the sheets were still damp. We didn't complain though because we had been on the road 20 straight hours and only had 5 hours before we had to be at our event. So we just wanted to crash.

The hotel was attractively decorated and very clean. The location was perfect and the staff was great. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Baton Rouge.
